In order to use NeoGeo RAG you need to be a partner or customer of RAG (www.roadassistance.ch). Once you are registered as a RAG partner your account will be created and activated. This just sends your location to the RAG server allowing intelligent dispatch of rescue veichles on the Swiss roads.
